The project was managed by OOGSMART Logistics with comprehensive end-to-end transportation services, including ocean freight booking, plywood crate packaging, trucking pickup from origin factories, warehouse receiving，container stuffing，lashing & securing，loading supervision, export customs clearance, as well as destination port clearance，inland haulage, and final delivery. The cargo consisted of 510 pieces of new energy plant equipment, all packed in plywood crates. The maximum single piece measured L11m × W4.2m × H4.2m with a weight of 34T.
The OOGSMART team completed the entire process from project bidding to all containers departing the port within 10 days. This included onsite crate packaging at the factories in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, origin trucking to OOGSMART’s Shanghai warehouse, vessel booking, slot confirmation, and empty container pickup, along with unloading, loading, stuffing, lashing, and returning loaded containers to the port.
Upon arrival at the UK ports (including FELIXSTOWE, SOUTHAMPTON, and LONDON GATEWAY), OOGSMART’s local agent handled customs clearance and delivery from the ports to the final project destination. The total end-to-end transportation time for this complex supply chain was 65 days.
